The Birth of SimpleRent.com:
SimpleRent.com was started by a small group of
successful business professionals tired of the over-complicated and often
frustrating process of renting or seeking rent. Our mission at
Simplerent.com
is to bring landlords and tenants together in a simple way to create
a win-win for everyone! The site’s has been online since March 1st,
2005 and, we have over 3000 members to date with virtually no
advertising. At this point, we have approximately
600 unique visitors per day and, oddly, we have more
people looking for rentals then those posting rentals -
even though it is absolutely free to post!

don’t want to spend any more money than you need to so, your classified
ads are often short and to the point. (Example: New York – 2 bedroom call:
416 785 xxxx.) Then, you get unnecessary phone calls from people that want
to know if there is a swimming pool? Why not lead them to your ad on
SimpleRent.com? In fact, if you use newspaper classified ads, we suggest adding the
following to your ad:
“For photos and more info, visit www.SimpleRent.com Ad # 234.”
The number represents your individual ad number so it’s easy! The last thing you want is people calling to ask you questions that
they could have answered themselves by simply checking out your ads. Plus, you’ll be helping spread the
word about SimpleRent. If you’re descriptive in your ads, the people that contact you already know what you have to offer!

Rent Seekers can apply for your rental directly
through the site and, have the option
to pay for their own credit check!
Your ads are also a printable flyer/info sheet. We suggest that you
print several copies of the ad and post them on community boards often found
at local grocery stores. Also have some printed at the location of your rental
to present to the potential tenant when you’re showing it. When they want
to contact you or forgot something about the property, all the information

When that day rolls along, we will introduce a nominal fee of $49.95 per year
for landlord membership. Rent Seekers will never have to pay. The price may change slightly because there are so many variables but you don’t
